THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) CONSOLIDATION
(AMENDMENT NO. 34) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 tothe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers on 4th November 2020. The effect of the Order is as follows: –
1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-
(a) In the 93rd Schedule by the addition of: –
NO STOPPING ON SCHOOL ENTRANCE MARKINGS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00AM TO 5:00PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY
Thelwall New Road (South Side) | From a point 102.5 metres west of its junction with All Saints Drive for a distance of 43.56 metres in a westerly direction. |
Thelwall New Road (South Side) | From a point 146.06 metres west of its junction with All Saints Drive for a distance of 43.56 metres in a westerly direction. |
The Order will be effective from 6th November 2020.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 4th November 2020, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
